Terms of sales and delivery

The sales and delivery conditions below apply to all deliveries of BC Technic.

The conditions apply in such cases, where no other written agreements between BC Technic and the buyer has been made.

Delivery time and transportation

Delivery of products from BC Technic is viewed as accomplished, when the costumer has received the product. All orders are shipped through Post Danmark/GLS, unless a different agreement has been made between the buyer and BC Technic.

When an order has been made, the product is shipped as quickly as possible. Thus, the products will usually arrive at the offered address, within 3 days.

The informed time of delivery is an estimation and may therefor deviate.

Risks involving the product

The responsibility for products, ordered in our WEBSHOP is transferred to the buyer, when the cancellation period of 14 days has expired.

If the product has been damage or impaired, after the costumer has received the product he preserves the right for cancellation, unless the damage or impairment is due to negligence or lack of care on his part.

Remember to save the original packing in case of complaint or damage. The product must be returned in the original packing.

Complaints

Possible defects or shortcomings in products delivered by BC Technic, must be referred to immediately upon delivery. The buyer is obligated to inform BC Technic of such and if demanded, point out/demonstrate how the defect or shortcoming may present itself.

The option for filing a complaint on products of limited durability, is restricted by the period of durability, set by BC Technic.

In general, as a consumer the customer may choose if the product is to be repaired or replaced except if replacement is impossible or is disproportionate in costs for BC Technic.

Right of cancellation

BC Technic extends a 14-day period with right of cancellation, starting the day the customer receives the product.

Upon withdrawal, BC Technic must be informed at the latest 14 days after the delivery has been received.

The customer is obligated to return the product in the same condition and the same amount as it arrived, including the packaging and labels on the product. The customer holds the expenses of returning the product. The customer can cancel the purchase either by refusing the delivery, handing over the merchandise to the post office or by returning the products on the indicated address.

Accountability

Agreements (purchases orders) can be made in Danish or English and is stored by the company for 5 years, in accordance with Accounting Law. It is not possible to gain access to the contract through our website after it is made, but if required, new copies of the contract may be sent via. E-mail on request. All prices at BC Technic, on our website http://www.bctechnic.dk are incl. VAT. Delivery expenses are not included.
